Business Development Manager - Education Sector
Home Based / Field Sales: South of England, South East, Home Counties
Base Salary c. £45-50K, £30K OTE, Car Allowance & Benefits
My client is a leading provider of support services and technology products to the education sector with a large established user base of schools, multi-academy trusts and local authorities. The portfolio of services provided enables our clients to reduce running costs, ensure compliance and free up time to concentrate on students' education.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities in the Education sector, particularly within Multi Academy Trusts.
Reporting to the Sales Director, Key Responsibilities are to:
All applicants must be comfortable working from a home base and be happy to travel extensively throughout the South of England, as frequent client facing duties are required at Schools and Academy Trusts.
To be considered for this role you will be an accomplished Sales Executive / BDM with extensive experience selling into the UK Education Sector (ideally with a Software, Technology Solution or Managed Service focus). Additionally, prior experience of HR Solutions &/or Payroll Services would be of definite interest (though this is not essential).
